We serve Myrtle Beach and the surrounding South Carolina and North Carolina coastal areas, including Brunswick, Conway, Georgetown, Little River, Murrells Inlet, North Myrtle Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, Pawleys Island, Sunset Beach, and Surfside. If you’re not sure whether we cover your address, please call us — we frequently take projects throughout the Grand Strand region.

Yes. Our technicians are IICRC-certified (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) and we are BBB-accredited. We’ve been serving the Myrtle Beach area for over 16 years and use industry-standard equipment and procedures on every job.

Yes — we provide free, no-obligation inspections and estimates for restoration work. For insurance claims, we document the loss thoroughly with photos, moisture readings, and detailed scope of work to help maximize your coverage.

Insurance & Costs

Yes — we work directly with all major insurance carriers. We provide detailed documentation, moisture readings, photo evidence, and a clear scope of work, and we communicate directly with your adjuster to help you receive the maximum coverage available under your policy.

Most homeowners policies cover sudden and accidental water damage, such as burst pipes, appliance failures, or storm-driven leaks. Damage caused by long-term neglect, natural flooding (which requires separate flood insurance), and ground seepage is typically not covered. We’ll help you understand what your policy covers when we inspect the loss.

Costs vary widely based on the type and severity of damage, the size of the affected area, and the materials involved. Water damage repair, for example, typically ranges from $1,300 to $5,600. Because we work directly with your insurance, most of our customers pay only their deductible. Call us for a free, on-site estimate.

If your claim is approved, your out-of-pocket expense is usually limited to your deductible. We document the loss thoroughly so the claim reflects the full scope of work — that protects both you and us from undercoverage. We’ll walk you through every step.

The Restoration Process

Timelines depend on the type and severity of the damage. Water damage drying typically takes 3–5 days, with full restoration usually completing in 1–2 weeks. Fire and large-loss reconstruction may take longer. We give you a realistic timeline after the initial inspection.

Stay safe first. If it’s water: shut off the main water supply and electricity to the affected area if it’s safe to do so. If it’s fire: do not re-enter until the fire department clears the structure. If it’s mold: avoid disturbing the area and limit your exposure. Then call us at (843) 376-5005 — we’ll guide you through the rest.

Often yes — but it depends on the affected area, the type of damage, and whether utilities (water, electricity, HVAC) are intact. We’ll tell you on the inspection whether the structure is safe to occupy. For biohazard, severe smoke, or extensive mold cases, temporary relocation is sometimes required.

The IICRC defines three categories:

  • Category 1 (Clean Water): From a clean source like a supply line or rainwater.
  • Category 2 (Gray Water): Contains contaminants — washing machine overflow, dishwasher discharge, minor toilet overflows.
  • Category 3 (Black Water): Highly contaminated — sewage backup, flooding from rivers or storm surge. Requires specialized handling and PPE.

We assess the category on inspection and treat accordingly.

Mold can begin growing within 24–48 hours of water exposure, so speed matters. We use industrial-grade air movers and dehumidifiers, take moisture readings at multiple depths, remove unsalvageable porous materials, and treat surfaces with antimicrobial products. We don’t sign off on a job until moisture readings are back to baseline.
